Have you ever felt like anxiety would get the better of you? No matter how hard you try, your thoughts drift back to everything you feel you can’t control? Do you or your child struggle with eating habits and body image concerns that never seem to get any better? Each journey begins with a single step. We all have our own journey, but sometimes that journey encounters unexpected challenges leaving you feeling confused and powerless. Together we can address current and past struggles. I will support to empower you with clear tools to end repeating patterns that cause internal conflict or unease.

I have been working with children, adolescents and adults for over 20 years. I specialize in Anxiety, Eating Disorders, OCD, Anger Management, Depression, and PTSD. I began affirming my skills in the classroom as a teacher of students. I later worked as a School Counselor and finally as an independent therapist.

Knowing how to navigate through the racing thoughts, irritability, loos of interest, poor self-image, overwhelming feelings, and indecisiveness can be difficult. These are all issues we can address together in therapy. AS we work together, we will implement tools to encourage healthy coping, strong communication, and better understanding of your needs.
